Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring seamless client onboarding.
  • Present and demonstrate ICT products and services to potential clients, effectively communicating value propositions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-centric solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts aligned with client needs and company standards.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay updated on ICT industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the ICT industry.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to close deals, generate leads, and exceed sales targets.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for client presentations and internal collaboration.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ICT products, including networking, software, cloud services, and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Time Management: Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
