We're looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in driving revenue and expanding our market presence. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and consistently closing deals.

What You'll Do:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold outreach.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding process.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive continuous improvement.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a sales or account management role, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.

The ideal candidate is between 27 to 33 years old.

Demonstrated success in prospecting, negotiating, and closing complex sales cycles.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in English will be an advantage.

Strong business acumen and the ability to understand client needs and translate them into effective solutions.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

A positive attitude, honest & integrity, a strong work ethic, and a desire to continuously learn and grow.
