About the role

As a Senior Account Executive at PT Anugrah Cipta Karyatama, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of advertising and marketing campaigns. This full-time position is based in West Jakarta.

What you'll be doing
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, long-lasting relationships
  • Collaborating closely with the creative and media teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that achieve client objectives
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to expand the scope of work and drive business growth with existing clients
  • Effectively managing project timelines, budgets and resources to ensure timely and on-budget delivery
  • Providing regular updates and presentations to clients, addressing their needs and concerns
  • Participating in new business pitches and proposals to help secure new clients for the agency
What we\'re looking for
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in an account management or client servicing role within an advertising, media or marketing agency
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • A demonstrated track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and comfortable with digital marketing tools and platforms
  • A creative mindset and strategic problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with the local advertising and marketing landscape in Indonesia
