The Role:

We're seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Senior Account Executive to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in shaping and delivering innovative marketing campaigns that inspire our clients and agency partners, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the marketing landscape. If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for client service and a proven track record of success, we encourage you to apply. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the marketing landscape, a proven ability to manage complex projects, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Day to day contact for agency/client stakeholders and Hogarth internal departments.
  • Drive the coordination and execution of projects, particularly those involving transcreation management, working closely with Hogarth teams, clients, and external agencies to deliver exceptional results.
  • Respond to information requests from the Business Director.
  • Champion the needs of our clients, striving to exceed their expectations and build lasting, mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders e.g. Print, Digital, creative, Transcreation & Broadcast.
  • Manage all aspects of client campaigns, from initial planning and development to final delivery, ensuring projects are on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our clients' brands, ensuring consistent messaging and adherence to brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
  • Proactively identify and escalate any quality control issues, ensuring the highest standards of excellence in all deliverables.
  • Prepare and distribute comprehensive contact reports and agendas, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
  • Manage agreed budgets and administration.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates against the Rate Card for Regional BD's approval.
  • Assist with financial reporting and smooth running of the finance function.
  • Support the seniors on the team in supplying client management information and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years in account management/client service (marketing, advertising, or production).
  • Production Knowledge: Solid understanding of TV, digital, and print production processes.
  • Client Relations: Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Financial Skills: Strong numeracy skills and budget management experience.
  • Organization: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks.
  • Problem-Solving: Resilient and able to effectively resolve issues under pressure.
  • International Experience: Experience managing international accounts (5+ markets).
  • IT Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems or other apps.
  • Language: Fluent English; additional languages highly desirable.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions.
