DECATHLON in Semarang is seeking a Supply Production Specialist to manage supply chain, plan production for MTS and MTO, and ensure on-time delivery. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in textile/apparel, a bachelor’s degree, and fluent English, with strong leadership and organizational skills while being highly mobile.

The role requires coordinating with logistics and driving kaizen-oriented improvements to performance and cost reduction.

Qualificações

• Min 5 years experience in supply chain, preferably in textile/apparel.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong initiative, leadership and communication skills.
• High mobility and ability to work in Semarang.

Responsabilidades

• Manage supply chain to meet customer requirements.
• Manage referencing, orders and production capacity.
• Organize MTS and MTO production planning.
• Lead supply performance with kaizen mindset.
• Optimize inventory stock and production lead time.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
