About the role

As a Security Team Leader at Resinda Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our operations in West Manggarai, East Nusa Tenggara. This full-time position is responsible for leading and managing a team of security personnel to protect our assets, facilities, and personnel.

Job Desk

1. Overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the security team
2. Developing and implementing security policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment
3. Liaising with relevant authorities and stakeholders to address security-related matters
4. Monitoring and reporting on security incidents, trends, and performance metrics
5. Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Relevant training and experience: security guard training, first aid/CPR certification
3. Proven experience in a security or law enforcement role, preferably in the construction or project, Real Estate, Hospitality Industry
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
5. Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address security-related challenges
6. Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to security operations
7. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required
