You will supervise staff, organize schedules, and ensure consistent coverage across the facility, safeguarding clients and staff while maintaining a calm, welcoming environment.

The role requires strong leadership, incident response, access control, and collaboration with operations and clinical teams.

Role Description

The Security Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Kecamatan Kuta Selatan, responsible for overseeing all aspects of physical security at Bali Beginnings. This role includes supervising security staff, organizing schedules, and ensuring consistent coverage across the facility. The Security Supervisor monitors access points, conducts regular patrols, manages incident response, and maintains security logs and reports. The position involves collaborating with operations and clinical teams to ensure a safe, calm environment for clients and staff, providing professional customer service to visitors, and enforcing security policies and procedures in line with local regulations and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, scheduling, and performance oversight.
• Candidates should possess physical security skills such as access control management, surveillance monitoring, and incident response.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to interact respectfully with diverse individuals.
• Candidates should possess customer service skills, with a focus on creating a welcoming yet secure environment for clients, visitors, and staff.
• Candidates should possess operations management skills, including coordination with other departments, adherence to procedures, and basic report and record management.
• Experience in healthcare, rehabilitation, hospitality, or similar client-centered environments is beneficial.
• Knowledge of relevant local safety regulations and emergency protocols is an advantage.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality is essential.
• Previous experience in a security supervisory or senior security officer role is preferred.

Salary: 4 - 4,5 jt
