Job summary

Golden Agri-Resources Ltd. is seeking a production supervisor for the Ref inery & Fractionation unit in Jakarta. You will implement daily production plans, supervise operators, verify logbook data, and report shifts when needed, ensuring CCPs and safety standards are met.

You will monitor process performance, coordinate with other sections, lead teams, and uphold ISO, ISCC, RSPO and HACCP frameworks while maintaining equipment and site condition.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• 1) Oversee daily production plan for Refinery and Fractionation to meet ISCC CPO, non-ISCC CPO, RSPO and non-RSPO targets.
• 2) Supervise Operator and Helper daily activities and review work outputs.
• 3) Verify Operator data is correctly logged in the Plant Logsheet.
• 4) Prepare refinery shift report when Supervisor is unavailable.
• 5) Ensure CCP is monitored and deviations corrected per ISO, HACCP, ISCC requirements.
• 6) Monitor production process smoothness and product quality.
• 7) Coordinate with related sections to complete tasks.
• 8) Lead subordinates, enforce discipline and safety compliance.
• 9) Implement PRP monitoring, deep cleaning, and glass monitoring.
• 10) Maintain plant condition via outsourced cleaners or internal shift staff.
• 11) Perform 5S (5R) activities.
• 12) Execute tasks per SOP and WI.
• 13) Enforce Safety Regulations per policy (SMK3).
• 14) Implement quality management system (ISO 9001:2000, ISO 22000:2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP).
• 15) Maintain and service all equipment in the work area and at the Refinery & Fractionation site.

Job description

General Responsibilities : 1. Implement daily production plan from Refinery and Fractionation in accordance with production memo to process ISCC CPO, non ISCC CPO, RSPO CPO and non RSPO CPO. 2. Controlling the daily activities of Operator and Helper and control the results of his work. 3. Checking the filling of all process data recorded by Operator in Logsheet plant. 4. Make a work report shift Refinery if Supervisor no / absent. 5. Ensure the existing CCP is properly monitored and corrective action taken when any deviation is implemented correctly in accordance with the requirements in the ISO document, HACCP Plan, ISCC system. 6. Monitoring the smoothness of production process and quality of production. 7. Coordinate with related sections in completing their tasks. 8. Lead subordinates and responsible for the implementation of subordinate discipline and implementation of occupational health and safety. 9. Implement PRP Monitoring, Deep Cleaning and Glass Monitoring. 10. Ensure the plant is in good condition by either the outsorce cleaner or by the internal employee shift. 11. Implement the 5R function. 12. Perform tasks in accordance with SOP and WI. 13. Run Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policy (SMK3). 14. Running the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP). 15. Responsible in maintaining and maintaining all equipment and equipment in the work area and at the Physical Refinery & Fractionation site.
