This role is responsible for the complete lifecycle management of designated products, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals. The main purpose of this position is to drive product success through market analysis, innovation, and effective cross-functional collaboration. Key areas of focus include identifying market opportunities, defining product features and functionalities, and overseeing the product development process. Furthermore, this role involves creating product documentation and providing essential support to sales and marketing teams. Ultimately, the Product Manager leverages market feedback to continuously evaluate and refine product direction, ensuring optimal performance and market relevance.

Job Description

  • Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification, Oversee market analysis activities, ensuring data accuracy and the delivery of actionable insights.
  • Product Strategy and Roadmap Development, Define and approve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Product Definition and Specification, Ensure product specifications comprehensively meet market needs and demonstrably align with the overall product strategy.
  • Product Development and Launch, Manage the product development and launch process to ensure successful execution.
  • Sales and Marketing Enablement, Guarantee sales and marketing teams are effectively trained and equipped to successfully promote the product.
  • Product Performance Monitoring and Analysis, Monitor overall product performance and ensure insights are translated into tangible product enhancements.
  • Product Lifecycle Management and Iteration, Oversee the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business strategy and maximizing product value.

Qualification:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with a strong background in security products, automotive, high-tech, or life sciences industries.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Product Management, High-Tech industries or a related field.
  • Proven track record in managing the full product lifecycle—from concept to launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Experience in market analysis, competitive strategy, and product roadmap development for security-related products (e.g., cybersecurity solutions, IoT security, automotive security systems).
  • Strong background in collaborating with cross-functional teams (Engineering, R&D, Sales, Marketing) to drive product success.
  • Prior experience in defining product requirements, feature prioritization, and go-to-market strategies for security products.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR) relevant to security products is a plus.
  • Experience in data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics to refine product strategy and performance.
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, or Pragmatic Institute Certification (PMC) are advantageous.
  • Prior experience in AI/ML-driven security products, embedded systems security, or cloud security solutions.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs in B2B and B2C security markets.
