Matahari is Indonesia's premier department store chain seeking a seasoned IT Security professional in Tangerang. The role focuses on developing security policies, managing firewalls and incident response, and driving risk-based security programs to protect the business.

You will lead governance efforts, conduct risk assessments, and contribute to security awareness across the organization. Placement is in Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 5+ years of IT Security experience with governance & risk background.
• Strong knowledge of risk management, network & cloud security, and security architecture.
• Familiarity with security tools, vulnerability management & incident response.
• Strong skills in strategic thinking, leadership, communication, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
• Willing to be placed in Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang.

Mansioni

• Develop, implement, and maintain security policies & standards (ISO 27001, COBIT).
• Configure and manage security infrastructure (firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection).
• Conduct risk assessments and define mitigation roadmaps.
• Coordinate response to security incidents, ensure escalation protocols, document lessons learned.
• Develop and deliver security awareness programs & training.
• Provide security input on new business projects.
