Job Details

Responsibilities

1. Ensure implementation of prevailing regulations, policies, procedures and standards regarding security and market safety.
2. Conduct risk assessments related to security and safety and provide mitigating action plans and recommendations.
3. Ensure emergency preparedness by developing awareness programs and leading trainings.
4. Coordinate, supervise and monitor security and safety incident management, including investigations, root cause analysis and reporting.
5. Manage provision and utilization and ensure serviceability and functionality of all systems.
6. Ensure adequate awareness of all employees and contractors on security and market safety aspects of the business.
7. Produce and retain relevant data, records, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance with all prevailing regulations and standards and ensure all sites within the area of responsibility are inspection/audit-ready.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor of Occupational Health & Safety / Environmental Engineering
2. Minimum 3 years of working experience as a HSE Coordinator in FMCG / Tobacco industry
3. Certified by AK3 Umum and K3 Gada Utama, active license is preferable
4. Fluent in English both speaking and writing
5. Strong communication and leadership skills
6. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
