Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute enterprise-wide cybersecurity initiatives and strategic security programs.
• Develop and enhance security engineering capabilities across infrastructure, networks, applications, and cloud environments.
• Drive implementation and continuous improvement of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).
• Oversee security operations, risk management, and security governance practices.
• Collaborate with technology, business, and risk stakeholders to ensure secure project delivery and regulatory compliance.
• Champion automation, AI-driven security solutions, and emerging security technologies to improve operational effectiveness.
• Manage complex cybersecurity projects from planning through implementation and delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Cyber Security, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong expertise in: Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), Network Security, Application Security, Security Operations, Cyber Risk Management, Security Engineering, Project Execution & Delivery, Security Automation and AI for Security
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills with the ability to influence across different levels of the organization.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Professional certifications are highly preferred: CISSP, CISM, CCSP
