Lintasarta is seeking a Security Awareness Specialist to design and run awareness programs across the organization. You will create engaging materials—presentations, infographics, videos—and lead campaigns and training sessions.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience in security awareness or related fields, a solid understanding of information security concepts, and strong communication and coordination skills to drive engaging initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Cyber Security or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Security Awareness, IT Security, Training & Development, Learning Management, or related fields.
• Good understanding of information security and cyber security concepts.
• Experience developing awareness materials, presentations, infographics, videos, or other educational content.
• Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to deliver engaging awareness campaigns.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across different business functions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement Security Awareness programs and initiatives across the organization.
• Create engaging educational materials related to Information Security and Cyber Security, including presentations, infographics, videos, and digital content.
• Organize and facilitate security awareness campaigns, training sessions, workshops, and socialization programs.
• Conduct phishing simulation exercises and evaluate employee awareness levels.
• Manage communication channels and awareness platforms related to information security.
• Monitor, measure, and report the effectiveness of awareness programs through metrics and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to strengthen security culture and promote cybersecurity best practices.

Employment Status: PKWT (Project-Based Contract) under Lintasarta

Working Schedule: Willing to work in a shifting schedule if required by operational needs
