Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, or Informatics Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in data exchange, data integration, or data sharing for national identity and digital ID programs.
• At least 1 professional certification such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
• Experience in Personal Data Protection Law, GDPR, HIPAA, or ISO 27701 projects.
