About the role

Sikara Lombok Hotel is seeking an experienced and dedicated Security professional to join our team on a contract basis. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our hotel premises, guests, and staff. This is a full-time position based in Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara.

What you'll be doing

1. Patrolling hotel grounds and facilities to monitor and identify any potential security risks or incidents.
2. Performing access control and guest screening procedures to maintain a secure environment.
3. Responding promptly and effectively to any emergencies or security breaches.
4. Collaborating with hotel management and other departments to implement and uphold security policies and procedures.
5. Maintaining detailed logs and records of all security-related activities and incidents.
6. Providing a friendly and professional demeanour when interacting with guests, staff, and other stakeholders.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a security or related role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
2. Strong knowledge of security best practices, emergency response protocols, and relevant legislation.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
4. Good physical fitness and the ability to perform patrols and respond to incidents as required.
5. Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
6. A valid security guard license or certification relevant to the local jurisdiction.
