• To ensure all team completing Mandatory E-Learning.

Maintain & Monitoring collection, Recovery and Mortgage strategy & process within the team in order to achieve Targets.

• Maintain impairment card & Mortgage as a Budget.
• Maintain effectively Credit Management cost expenses as budget
• Ensure CM pass audit (Rating 3)
• Maintain & Monitor CM expenses as a budget
• Maintain Complain Management
• Maintain Attrition & Developing Staff
• Make a good environment as a good place to work.
