Job summary

UOB Indonesia is seeking a Data Center Operations professional to monitor, maintain and support 24/7 system and operations. You will handle EOD, EOM, EOY processes, respond to user requests, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service.

The role includes daily inspections, supervising visitors during maintenance, and adherence to operational checklists to ensure reliable and compliant data center operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and ensure all system and operational 24/7
• Monitor and process End of Day(EOD), End of Month(EOM), End of Year(EOY)
• Execute and manage all request from users
• Provide support Business as Usual(BAU) daily operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional team to ensure all request and process smooth
• Report and escape issue, incident and progress update to relevant team
• Conduct daily physical inspection based on operational checklist
• Escort / supervise visitors or external vendor during maintenance
