Overview

Head of Product Management (Ophthalmology) responsible for developing product sales strategy, analyzing market trends, and leading promotional activities for glaucoma-related products.

Responsibilities

• Develop product sales strategy and monitor progress.
• Analyze the domain market and understand trends of competitors’ products.
• Design policy dissemination for each product.
• Conduct event preparation (symposium, webinar, product launches, etc.).
• Manage literature and product information for glaucoma-related products.
• Manage monthly action plans of promotion activities.
• Conduct training to improve detailing, product knowledge and scientific knowledge.
• Manage and control expense and investment plan.
• Prepare reports of marketing activities.
• Design ideas for promotional materials.

Job Requirements

• Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
