Job description

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from any related major
  • 5+ years experience working as Project Administration, Secretary to Director
  • Strong knowledge of Project Management Tools (Microsoft Excel)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Detail Oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high quality work
  • Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Fluent in English & Japanese both speaking and writing
  • Native Japanese who live in Indonesia or willing to relocate will be much preferable

Job Responsibility:
  • Support Financial Services Director for control schedule, booking, invoice and some basic data
  • Communicate with HQ back office team such as FS BU admin, CP, HR, Accounting if necessary
  • Prepare and update material of Meeting with Client in Power Point
  • Asset and Facility Checking and Update Lists
  • Create, Update, & Manage all contract data
  • Scheduling regular meetings
  • Assist Project Manager Task as Admin
  • Prepare and Maintain the Estimation of Project Resources
  • Extract and process working hours report from internal system
  • Update and do calculation working record for all resources
  • Checking & Confirm SubCon working record
  • Do forecasting for Billing amount and summarize based on updated resource
  • Analyze and Report of the discrepancy between Budgeting and actual billing amount
