Secretary to Director (Japanese Speaker)

Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree in Secretarial, Public Administration, Japanese Literature, or other related Major
-Experienced in Secretary field are preferable, fresh graduate are welcome.
-Domiciled in Jakarta
-Excellent communication and administrative skills.
-Able to speak and write Japanese
-MUST HAVE an active more than JLPT N2 certificate. (Business level)
-Business level English required
-Agile in working

Responsibilities:
- Maintain President Director's agenda and schedule appointments, meetings, conferences, etc.
-Attend meetings and keep minutes of meeting and provide interpretation.
-Communicate with other departments
-Translate documents related to Indonesian government and company regulations etc and explain them to the president Director.
-Research and report on market trends.
-Checking and compiling various licenses and certifications.
-Maintain agency internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points along with any issues by external regulators
