Job description

Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior executives, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, arranging travel, and handling correspondence

Maintaining detailed records and documentation to support the executive team

Coordinating and organising meetings, events, and conferences, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items

Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and responding to requests in a professional and efficient manner

Assisting with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required to support the overall goals and objectives of the company

What we\'re looking for
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role, preferably in a fast-paced, corporate environment
  • Holds a Master Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with individuals at all levels of the organisation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with digital calendaring and scheduling tools.
