A leading company in Jakarta is seeking a Legal Administrator to provide legal advice and manage documentation. The role involves drafting contracts, maintaining compliance, and supporting management with legal matters. Candidates should possess a diploma in Law and have at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Providing effective legal advice & consultation to the Management.
Drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements
Assist in preparing briefs, complaints, motions, and other court documents.
Keep updating and share the updated applicable laws and regulations, especially related to mining
Develop and periodically review company policy and procedure, including SOP, as guidance to management and employees
Assisting with the query related to legal and compliance from other functions
Maintain an organized filing system and manage confidential information with discretion
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings
Assist with the planning and coordination of events and meetings, including logistics and communication with attendees
Manage the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Handle incoming calls and correspondence, responding on behalf of the Director when appropriate
Assist in project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and communication is streamlined
Requirements:
Minimum A Level 3 Diploma in Law
Relevant exposure in the area of Legal and/or Compliance with minimum 3 years experiences
Analytical & Critical Thinking Skills
Have a knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations
Have a knowledge of legal agreement drafting and review
