Cornerstone Global Academy – Yayasan Generasi Suluh Nusantara in Bekasi, West Java seeks a Secondary Social Studies Teacher (History). The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in History/History Education and the ability to teach History in English.

Secondary Social Studies Teacher (History)

Bachelor’s degree in Indonesian Education (S.Pd.)

Teaching History (Junior & Senior High level) according to the school curriculum

Preparing lesson plans, teaching materials, assessments, and student progress reports

Developing critical thinking skills through analysis of historical events and sources

Creating an interactive and discussion-based learning environment

Possesses a biblical worldview and mindset, with a strong passion for education, and consistently applies biblical values in daily life.

Demonstrates strong teaching performance, including lesson preparation, syllabus development, lesson planning, and the ability to design assessments that address diverse student needs.

Qualifications

Female/Male and have good moral & character

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in History / History Education from a reputable university

Fluent in English, both spoken and written, and able to teach History in English

Strong mastery of World History, Indonesian History, and general social studies concepts

Has a heart for teaching and loves working with students

Creative, engaging in storytelling, and able to make history lessons interesting and relevant

Disciplined, responsible, and able to manage the classroom well

Teaching experience is preferred, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
