Bina Bangsa School invites a dedicated Bahasa Indonesia Teacher for the Secondary level (Grades 7-12). You will teach Bahasa Indonesia following the Cambridge-influenced curriculum, developing engaging lessons to advance reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills while fostering appreciation for Indonesian language, literature, and culture.

Key Responsibilities

Teach Bahasa Indonesia to Secondary students (Grades 7-12), following the school’s curriculum.

Develop engaging lesson plans that enhance students' language proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening.

Foster an appreciation for Indonesian language, literature, and culture among students.

Design and implement assessments to track student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Encourage interactive and student-centered learning through creative teaching methodologies.

Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning, school events, and extracurricular activities.

Maintain a positive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and participation.

Qualifications and Requirements

A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Bahasa Indonesia, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.

Minimum five years of teaching experience at the Secondary level (Grades 7-12), preferably in an international school setting.

Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia with excellent teaching skills.

Ability to integrate Indonesian culture and literature into the curriculum.

Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
