Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Shape and deliver a clear maintenance strategy for Secondary Manufacturing (SMD, FMD, and RYO) that supports smooth operations and long-term success.
• Support the rollout of Integrated Work System (IWS) PM Step 4 & 5 and continue progress through Phase 3 to strengthen team collaboration.
• Help reduce maintenance costs and improve equipment reliability by identifying smarter work practices and preventing losses.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that improve processes and enhance daily operations.
• Prioritize safety by following procedures diligently and fostering a safe, supportive workplace.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and collaborate to resolve challenges early, aiming for continuous improvement.
• Build team capabilities through learning and growth opportunities that develop leadership and technical skills.
• Regularly review and update the team's skill matrix to ensure everyone has the necessary tools and training.

What are we looking for?

• A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields.
• At least 7 years of experience in maintenance or engineering within manufacturing.
• Experience with Integrated Work Systems (IWS) or similar process improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
• Ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and process efficiencies.
• Proficiency in collaborating with diverse teams on projects.
• Passion for mentoring and developing team skills.
• Strong commitment to safety and creating a confident work environment.
