• Bachelor's degree (S1) or Master's degree (S2) in Chemistry or related Science from a reputable university
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in an international school or curriculum (IGCSE, AS/A-Level, IB)
• Strong knowledge of Chemistry with ability to teach basic Physics concepts
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, written and spoken
• Passion for education and commitment to students' development
• Able to communicate effectively with parents
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good teamwork, initiative, adaptability, and creativity

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective teaching programs for Chemistry and basic Physics according to the school curriculum
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons meeting students' needs and abilities
• Teach, assess, and evaluate students per school assessment method
• Prepare and maintain lesson plans, materials, assignments, exams, and other resources
• Provide written evaluation reports on academic progress and behavior
• Monitor progress and provide academic support and motivation
