Kinderfield-Highfield Schools is seeking a Mandarin Teacher for our Primary School level in Indonesia. Candidates should hold a Bachelor or Master degree from a reputable university with a background in teaching and education, preferably with international curriculum exposure and strong English proficiency.

You will develop teaching programs, teach and assess students, and report on progress while engaging with parents and staff in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree from a reputable university with relevant background.
• Preferred experience in schools with international curricula (IGCSE/As&AL/IB).
• Proficient in English and strong communication with parents.
• Genuine passion for education and teaching.
• Ability to work well in a team and show initiative.

Responsabilités

• Developing teaching and learning program.
• Teaching, assessing and evaluating students based on defined assessment methodology (school standard and educational authority).
• Provide written evaluation report on students’ academic and behavior progress.
• Support, motivate and encourage students in all aspects of school activities.
• Maintaining good relationship with parents, staff and other professionals.
