An educational institution in Jakarta, Indonesia is seeking an experienced Academic Coordinator to oversee curriculum planning and implementation aligned with international standards. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree in Education, 3-5 years of teaching experience, and strong leadership skills. This role offers a collaborative environment and involves supporting staff and monitoring student progress.
Coordinate curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation for Secondary (Cambridge Lower Secondary, IGCSE, and AS/A Levels).
Ensure teaching and learning are aligned with Cambridge International standards.
Supervise, mentor, and support teachers to maintain academic excellence.
Monitor students’ academic progress and ensure assessment practices follow Cambridge guidelines.
Develop academic calendars, timetables, and examination schedules.
Act as a liaison between teachers, parents, and school leadership on academic matters.
Organize teacher training, professional development, and academic workshops.
Ensure compliance with school policies and Cambridge requirements.
Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field (Master’s Degree preferred).
Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in Cambridge curriculum (IGCSE/AS/A Levels).
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proven experience in academic coordination or school leadership role is an advantage.
Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents.
