Job summary

World Market in Indonesia is seeking team members for a seasonal role that makes every shopping experience fun and memorable for customers.

You will assist with customer service, merchandising, price signs, and stock replenishment while enjoying flexible scheduling, up to 30% employee discount, wellness resources, and a supportive team culture.

No prior retail experience is required; hands-on training is provided in a friendly, inclusive environment that values authenticity and teamwork.

What You'll Do

You will be responsible for a variety of duties including customer service and making the shopping experience fun and memorable for our customer:

• Process freight and unload trucks
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, signing and sales floor replenishment standards.
• Maintain an organized stockroom.
• Contribute to a safe shopping environment.
• Checkout customer in store and buy online pick up in store purchases as needed
• Share your passion and knowledge for our products and help customers find the perfect "anything."
