Alignerr is hiring a Search Quality Evaluator (AI Training) to help improve how millions find information online. This is a fully remote, hourly contract available to anyone with strong critical thinking and a reliable internet connection.

You will evaluate search results, rate AI-generated answers, and provide clear, concise explanations to support your judgments across a wide range of topics, working 10-40 hours per week with flexible scheduling.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate search engine results for relevance, accuracy, and overall usefulness to the user


• Rate AI-generated answers and content recommendations using structured evaluation rubrics


• Compare multiple results side-by-side and rank them by quality and helpfulness


• Provide clear, concise written explanations to support your ratings and judgments


• Work through batches of task-based assignments independently at your own pace


• Cover a wide variety of topics - from everyday queries to specialized subject areas

Who You Are

• Comfortable navigating search engines and browsing the web with confidence


• Able to judge content relevance and quality objectively and consistently


• Naturally detail-oriented with a systematic, thoughtful approach to tasks


• Strong written communication skills in English


• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently


• No technical, AI, or search industry experience required

Nice to Have

• Background in research, writing, editing, journalism, or communications


• Experience with quality assurance, content evaluation, or critical analysis


• Broad general knowledge across a range of topics and subject areas
