Qualifications

We build and implement local marketing strategies for businesses in construction, services, manufacturing, and similar industries. Our aim is to speak to the right people, bringing in real traffic for our clients, which are often family-owned businesses with close ties to the local community. Our campaigns involve organic search, PPC, website builds and revamps, and content strategy. Currently, we’re looking for an SEO specialist to add to our team.

Role Description

This is a contract, hybrid role for an SEO specialist based in Bali, Indonesia, with flexibility to work partly from home.

The SEO Specialist will help plan and execute organic campaigns for our clients, working closely with the director. Local SEO and technical SEO experience are highly regarded.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting keyword research, performing audits, optimising key landing pages, analysing local competitors and more.

The role also involves monitoring performance through analytics tools, preparing reports, and recommending data-driven improvements.

Collaboration with our web designers, content creators, and the director is also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in keyword research and on-page SEO to identify opportunities and optimise site content, metadata, and structure.
• Strong experience with Search Console and GA4, including drawing and interpreting data.
• Experience with third party SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, SE Ranking, Screaming Frog) is highly beneficial.
• Solid understanding of local organic marketing, including Google Business Profile optimization and local directory management, is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
• Proven experience in SEO for service-based or building industry businesses is an advantage.
