Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition.

Work you’ll do

  • Responsible for the full recruitment life cycle for the firm to include, but not limited to, sourcing, screening, interviewing, checking references and onboarding qualified candidates based on departmental business needs and requests.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing, networking, social media platforms to identify and engage high-quality candidates. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their hiring needs, provide market insights, and offer recommendations on talent strategies that align with business goals.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to extend offers, manage offer negotiations, and facilitate the successful onboarding of new hires.
  • Initiates background checks for the firm as needed; maintains strict confidentiality of clients.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics to ensure recruitment efforts are efficient and effective. Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data insights.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in any field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Experienced to manage recruitment activities across multiple regions and cultures.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and influence hiring decisions.
