Join our Asia team at Discova as a Regional Finance Manager (Southeast Asia) based in Bali (Indonesia) or Kuala Lumpur or Kuching (Malaysia)

About the Opportunity

The Regional Finance Manager will lead the regional finance function which provides reporting, compliance and business intelligence to Discova Global at a sustainable cost, consistently delivers financial support for business leaders to help drive sustainable growth and probability.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist business leaders with business planning, budgeting and forecasting and business review
  • Provide insightful business modeling to support in long-term and short-term business initiatives
  • Sharing expertise with the business to ensure their reporting needs are met
  • Monitoring business performance
  • Lead and review the regional finance and management reporting
  • Assess and communicate risk control, compliance and mitigation prevention where required
  • Assist the CFO to develop and execute the Regional Finance plan
  • Compliant to all financial regulations
  • Resolve any financial reporting issues resulting from the implementation of ERP system
  • Actively looking for opportunities to enhance business performance and cost saving initiatives
  • Manage Regional finance cost budget

About You

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance and in a regional capacity would be an advantage.
  • CA/CPA designation (or equivalent) desirable.
  • Fluent in written and verbal in both national language and English.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing teams is required.
