Join our Asia team at Discova as a Regional Finance Manager (Southeast Asia) based in Indonesia, Kuala Lumpur, or Kuching (Malaysia).

About the Opportunity

The Regional Finance Manager will lead the regional finance function, providing reporting, compliance, and business intelligence to Discova Global. The role involves delivering financial support to business leaders to drive sustainable growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist business leaders with planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business reviews.
2. Provide insightful business modeling to support both long-term and short-term initiatives.
3. Ensure reporting needs are met through expertise sharing with the business.
4. Monitor business performance.
5. Lead and review regional finance and management reporting.
6. Assess and communicate risks, compliance issues, and mitigation strategies.
7. Assist the CFO in developing and executing the regional finance plan.
8. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations.
9. Resolve financial reporting issues, especially those arising from ERP system implementation.
10. Identify opportunities for business performance enhancement and cost savings.
11. Manage the regional finance cost budget.

About You

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
