Job summary

A leading technology company in Jakarta Utara is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead and support Agile teams. The role requires guiding teams in Scrum practices, facilitating team growth, and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders. Ideal candidates possess a relevant bachelor's degree and preferred Scrum certifications, along with 1–3 years of experience in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, preferably in software development teams.
• Scrum Certification (CSM, PSM) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support all Scrum events.
• Identify and eliminate obstacles hindering team progress.
• Guide team in Agile/Scrum practices.

Job description

Lead and support all Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Identify and eliminate obstacles that may hinder the team’s progress.

Guide the team and organization on Agile/Scrum practices and help improve Agile maturity.

Shield the development team from outside distractions to maintain focus on sprint goals.

Help team members grow in their Agile understanding and improve collaboration.

Act as a bridge between the Product Owner, development team, and stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Use tools like burn-down charts, velocity tracking, or dashboards to monitor and report on progress.

Encourage regular inspection and adaptation through retrospectives and team feedback.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.

Scrum Certification is highly preferred (e.g., Certified Scrum Master - CSM, Professional Scrum Master - PSM).

1–3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, preferably in software development teams.
