A leading company in Jakarta is seeking a Scrum Master with strong organizational and leadership skills to manage software development projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate project activities, ensure quality standards, and work closely with development teams to meet tight deadlines. Experience with project management methodologies, particularly Agile & Scrum, is essential for this role.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in project management/scrum master, preferably in software development or IT-related projects.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile & Scrum)
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and basic IT infrastructure is a plus.
Job Description:
Manage and coordinate software development projects from initiation to completion.
Create detailed project plans, allocate resources, and set realistic schedules.
Monitor project progress, manage changes, and identify as well as mitigate potential risks.
Ensure the delivered product meets established quality standards and aligns with user needs.
Prepare regular project reports to update management and stakeholders on project status, issues, and milestones.
Responsible for maintaining information security by adhering to security policies, protecting company data, and reporting any suspicious activity that may pose a security threat.
Monitor development timelines across all systems within the company.
