About the position:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated teacher to join our new ThinkFit program under BrainFit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching Science and Math to both Primary and Secondary level students. Classes will be delivered in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, so strong bilingual communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

· Deliver engaging Science and Math lessons for Primary and Secondary students.

· Use a brain-based teaching and coaching methods to cater to different learning styles.

· Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment.

· Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.

· Collaborate with the ThinkFit team to continuously improve teaching and coaching strategies.

· Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance when needed.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field (Science/Math major is preferred).

· Proven experience teaching Science and/or Math at Primary and/or Secondary levels.

· Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (oral and written).

· Strong classroom management and communication skills.

· Passionate about education and child development.

· Open-minded, collaborative, and eager to innovate in teaching.

· Available for a 2-year employment contract

· Must be available to work 5-days including Saturday

Teachers would be equipped with comprehensive training on teaching and coaching thinking skills using Science and Math problems.
