Job Description:

• Lead and manage the overall operations of the institution, ensuring a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment for students and staff.
• Develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and initiatives to enhance the academic, social, and personal development of students.
• Provide instructional leadership to faculty members, supporting their professional growth and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
