BusinessKids is a comprehensive entrepreneurial development program for children aged 4-14 years, which develops the entrepreneurial spirit in children, through classes, seminars and the BusinessKids magazine. Established since 2011 in Mexico, Business Kids is now coming to Indonesia through a local partnership and we are looking for the right minded people to help us grow our presence in Indonesia.
Job Overview:
Are you passionate about education, child development, and the emotional wellbeing of young learners? Do you enjoy creating dynamic learning environments and fostering personal growth in children? BusinessKids Center Indonesia is seeking a School Pedagogue / Psychologist to lead the academic and emotional development strategy within our center.
In this role, you will coordinate and oversee class activities and schedules for children aged 4–14, guide teachers on pedagogy and group dynamics, and provide reports and feedback to parents on their child’s vocational and emotional development. As the heart of our center's educational approach, you will also play a crucial role in classroom teaching, teacher support, and curriculum implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate Class Programs: Plan, arrange, and oversee class schedules and activities according to student age and developmental stages.
Center Operations Support: The Psychologist is second in command of the center and must collaborate closely with the School Manager to assist in managing day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth running of the center.
Teach and Guide: Lead interactive classes focused on both personal and entrepreneurial development, tailored to different age groups.
Monitor Student Progress: Provide personal and vocational support to students, assessing and tracking their growth, and preparing detailed reports for parents.
Parent Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for parents regarding student progress and development. Ensure open, ongoing communication that fosters trust and collaboration.
Teacher Support and Training: Guide and mentor teaching staff/ Business Consultants on class arrangements, weekly lesson reviews, classroom dynamics, and student needs.
Classroom Observation: Observe classes regularly to maintain a high quality of delivery and ensure alignment with BusinessKids principles.
Problem-Solving & Flexibility: Address challenges creatively and adapt activities based on classroom dynamics or individual/group needs.
Qualifications:
● Education: University student (intern) or graduate with a background in Psychology, Education, Pedagogy, or related fields (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
● Age Requirement :22–65 years old.
● Experience: Minimum of 1 year working with children in an educational, developmental, or psychological setting.
● Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written), confident in public speaking.
● Technical Skills: Proficient in basic computer applications and tools for class planning, communication, and reporting.
