Job summary

Rollerskool seeks a Partnerships Outreach Specialist based in Bandung to identify and engage potential school partners. You will conduct cold outreach, introduce programs, and manage proposals to secure meetings with prospective schools.

The role requires strong English and Bahasa Indonesia, proactive organization, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic education context. Non-smoker candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in education or school partnerships is preferred.
• Based in Bandung or willing to relocate to Bandung area.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia required.
• Self-driven, proactive and able to work independently.
• Non-smoker; smoking/vaping disqualifies applicants.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Preferably based in Bandung
• Experience in education, school partnerships, business development, or client-facing roles is preferred
• Familiarity with international schools is a plus
• Confident in approaching new institutions
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently
