Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Indonesia.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pediatric nursing or home healthcare.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Strong understanding of pediatric diseases, treatments, and developmental needs.
• Excellent clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes, including medication administration and treatment.
• Monitor patient vital signs and symptoms, documenting observations accurately and reporting changes to physicians.
• Educate families and caregivers on disease management, treatment plans, and emergency preparedness.
