BusinessKids is a comprehensive entrepreneurial development program for children aged 4-14 years, which develops the entrepreneurial spirit in children through classes, seminars, and the BusinessKids magazine. Established since 2011 in Mexico, BusinessKids is now coming to Indonesia through a local partnership, and we are looking for the right-minded people to help us grow our presence in Indonesia. Our curriculum is built on four core pillars: personal development, business knowledge, financial education, and social consciousness, fostering well-rounded, entrepreneurial mindsets in young learners.
The School Manager is responsible for the overall management of the education center, with the main task of promoting business growth of the Center in terms of acquisition and reputation, as well as overseeing all aspects of management operations within the center. The School Manager will be the main spokesperson of the Center and is responsible for maintaining a fun, educative, and safe environment for everyone. This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive sales, manage operations, and inspire both staff and students while ensuring the center’s financial and reputational success.

Business Development & Sales: Lead aggressive B2C and B2B student acquisition efforts through targeted marketing, community outreach, and partnerships with schools and organizations.
Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, facility management, and administrative tasks, to ensure seamless functioning of the center.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of educators and support staff, fostering a collaborative, motivated, and high-performing team culture.
Curriculum Oversight: Ensure the effective delivery of BusinessKids’ curriculum, maintaining high educational standards and adapting programs to local needs without deviating from the main source.
Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to achieve profitability and sustainability.
Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, schools, and local stakeholders, representing BusinessKids at events and public forums.
Student Wellbeing: Create a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment for children, ensuring their personal and entrepreneurial growth through positive group interactions.
Strategic Reporting: Provide regular reports on enrollment, financials, and operational performance to senior management, contributing to long-term strategic planning.
Strong Salesmanship Skills: Exceptional ability to drive B2C and B2B student acquisitions through persuasive communication and relationship-building.
Business & Entrepreneurial Acumen: Deep understanding of business operations, entrepreneurship, and financial principles to guide the center’s growth.
Leadership & People Management: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams with empathy, accountability, and a focus on collaboration.
Passion for Working with Children: Genuine enthusiasm for teaching and engaging with children in groups, with patience and creativity in fostering their development.
Service-Oriented Attitude: Commitment to delivering outstanding service to students, parents, and partners, with excellent interpersonal skills.
Presentation & Public Speaking: Confident in delivering compelling presentations and speaking publicly to promote the center’s mission and programs.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with fluency in English and proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia.
Technical Proficiency: Strong computer literacy, including familiarity with office software, LMS tools, and digital marketing platforms.
Creativity & Innovation: Ability to think outside the box, develop creative solutions, and adapt programs to engage young learners and parents without deviating from the main idea.
Adaptability & Resilience: Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, with the ability to work under pressure, improvise, and solve problems effectively.

University degree in Business, Economics, Education, Psychology, or a related field (psychoeducation or entrepreneurship focus is a plus).
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in business management, consulting, teaching, or working with children; experience managing an education center is highly desirable.
At least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role, ideally in an educational or startup environment.
Age range: 28-45 years.
Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated passion for entrepreneurship, child development, and education.
Experience in sales, marketing, or community engagement is a strong advantage.
