Job description

Librarian Manage, curate, and operate the school library's resources. Collaborate with education team to provide and manage the collections such as books or teaching resources needed for class learning; process, organize and maintain the library resources used by the school members; support and navigate the library users to find the resources needed; manage check-out and return processes for all library’s resources; supervise student librarians.

• Expertise in operating automated Library Management Systems (LMS) for cataloging and circulation tracking.
• Mastery of physical processing techniques, including asset labeling, protective jacket application, and book preservation.
• Strong understanding of standard cataloging and bibliographic data entry protocols.
• Capability to maintain a calm, productive, and inclusive library environment through positive behavior management.
• Skill in fostering accountability, teamwork, and leadership among student librarians.
