School Director and English Teacher (Primary or Middle School)

- A committed member of the Seventh-day Adventist (SDA) Church, demonstrating strong moral values, integrity, and the potential to serve as a positive role model.

- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience within a school environment.

- Minimum Bachelors degree related to education, masters preferred.

- Proficiency in both English and Indonesian; proof of English proficiency (e.g., TOEFL or IELTS) is preferred.

- Demonstrated ability to lead with kindness, purpose, and clarity, while being adaptable and effective under pressure.

- Solid background in curriculum development and team mentoring.

- Skilled in organizing events, from planning to execution.

- Experienced in managing budgets, with the ability to produce accurate, transparent, and integrity-driven financial reports.

- Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain a peaceful, positive, and supportive environment.

- Strong understanding of school administration, operations, and compliance

Requirements :

- Skilled in designing or sourcing worksheets, homework, and exams appropriate to students' language levels

- Strong research skills to support lesson planning and instructional development
