- Solid background in curriculum development and team mentoring.
- Skilled in organizing events, from planning to execution.
- Experienced in managing budgets, with the ability to produce accurate, transparent, and integrity-driven financial reports.
- Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain a peaceful, positive, and supportive environment.
- Strong understanding of school administration, operations, and compliance

Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field
- Proven experience in teaching, preferably English or language arts
- Strong classroom management skills and a creative approach to instruction
- Ability to assess and enhance students’ English proficiency, with constructive and timely feedback
- Skilled in designing or sourcing worksheets, homework, and exams appropriate to students' language levels
- Strong research skills to support lesson planning and instructional development
