Job Description

• Design and develop instructional content, including e-learning courses, curricula, training materials, assessments, storyboards, and scripts.
• Apply instructional design models and adult learning principles (andragogy) to create effective learning experiences.
• Develop engaging multimedia learning content for instructor‑led training (ILT), virtual instructor‑led training (VILT), and self‑paced online learning.
• Structure course content and learning activities to improve learner engagement, knowledge retention, and learning outcomes.
• Manage and support training delivery, including learner enrollment, progress tracking, and completion monitoring.
• Assess learner performance through portfolio reviews, assignments, and evaluations.
• Ensure quality assurance of e-learning content and maintain consistency across all training deliverables.
• Analyze learning effectiveness, user feedback, and performance data to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and cross‑functional teams to develop training programs.
• Coordinate development of new learning initiatives, programs, and training proposals.
