In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing strategic, high-quality, and cost-effective technical solutions and leadership to our Sapphire Transformation Program. Based in South Jakarta, Jakarta, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our technology infrastructure and systems.

What you'll be doing

• Designing and implementing innovative technical solutions to support the Sapphire Transformation Program
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technology strategies
• Providing technical leadership and guidance to ensure the successful delivery of complex IT projects
• Identifying and mitigating risks, and proactively addressing potential roadblocks
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommending improvements to enhance our capabilities

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar technical leadership role
• Extensive knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices
• Strong understanding of modern software development methodologies, cloud technologies, and data management
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex technology projects within the Information & Communication Technology industry
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
