Who We're Looking For?

• Preferably has 10+ years of experience in Saponification / Soap Noodles roles, with a minimum of 3 years in a assistant manager position based in Oleochemical Industry or FMCG Industry
• Fluent in English,

What You'll Be Doing?

To lead and manage the saponification and soap noodle production section, ensuring that operations run safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards. The role focuses on controlling key process parameters, optimizing production output, managing team performance, and ensuring continuous improvement across the section.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise end-to-end operations of saponification.
• Ensure optimal control of process parameters: temperature, pressure, pH, flow rate, and reaction time.
• Coordinate with utilities and maintenance teams to maintain consistent steam, water, vacuum, and power supply.
• Monitor product quality (Total Fatty Matter, moisture, free alkali, colour, etc.)
• Implement and verify in-process control (IPC) sampling and lab testing.
• Work closely with QA/QC team to resolve off-spec production issues.
• Ensure traceability and compliance with product specifications.
• Organize shift schedules, delegate responsibilities, and monitor workforce discipline and performance.
• Conduct training programs related to process safety, SOPs, and troubleshooting.
• Analyze downtime, batch failures, and inefficiencies to implement root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Participate in lean manufacturing projects, Kaizen, and OEE improvement initiatives.
• Suggest and pilot process modifications or equipment upgrades to enhance productivity and cost-efficiency.
