Overview

We are looking a staff to join our team and support a key system migration project. This role will focus on data cleansing, preparation, and reconciliation to ensure a smooth and accurate transition during the migration process.

Responsibilities

• Perform data cleansing of master data to ensure quality and accuracy before migration.
• Prepare Customer Master Data and Warehouse Master Data for UAT (User Acceptance Testing) readiness, including localization activities.
• Support system cut-over preparation, including reconciliation and validation of data.
• Conduct post-Go-Live data reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate closely with the IT and Supply Chain teams to resolve data-related issues during the migration process.

Qualifications

• Experience working with SAP or LIMS
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/ Information Systems/ Engineering/ Chemistry
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data migration processes for manufacturing and or finance (Customer Master, Warehouse Master, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and large data set management.
• Excellent problem-solving and cross-team collaboration skills.
