As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

  • Advanced proficiency in Application Remediation is required.
  • Advanced level of proficiency in IT Troubleshooting is recommended. Engineering Support proficiency is suggested.
  • Develop innovative strategies for efficient application remediation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance Implement proactive measures to prevent future software issues
  • Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders
