Executive recruitment consultant, Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of one of biggest global consulting company to recruit an SAP Lead Consultant to lead SAP projects and a team of senior consultants for their prominent projects from various industries. This job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Job Description:

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of SAP CO, PS, Treasury, and Cash Management modules, focusing primarily on SAP FSCM for client implementations
• Responsibilities include gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuring systems, testing, and deployment
• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives, offering expert SAP guidance
• Define and document business processes, system requirements, and functional specifications to facilitate SAP CO, PS, and FSCM implementation
• Configure and tailor SAP CO, PS, and FSCM modules to meet client-specific needs while adhering to industry standards and compliance requirements
• Conduct workshops, training, and knowledge transfer sessions to familiarize clients with SAP functionalities
• Develop and execute detailed testing plans, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure robust and high-quality solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across finance, IT, and business process owners to ensure seamless integration of SAP with other systems
• Advise on treasury processes such as cash flow forecasting, cash positioning, risk, and investment management using SAP CO, PS, and FSCM functionalities
• Monitor project milestones, address risks, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
• Stay informed about SAP updates, trends, and best practices, contributing to knowledge-sharing initiatives

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related discipline
• Over 10 years of experience with SAP CO, PS, and FSCM project implementation
• Proven track record of managing full-cycle SAP implementation projects, from requirements gathering to deployment, especially in SAP CO, PS, and FSCM
• Extensive knowledge of SAP CO, PS, and FSCM modules, including integration, configuration, and customization
• In-depth understanding of treasury management concepts like cash flow forecasting, cash positioning, risk management, and financial instrument
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into SAP solution
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders effectively at all level
• Demonstrated teamwork and relationship management with clients, vendors, and internal team
• SAP certifications in CO, PS, Treasury, Cash Management, or FSCM are preferred but not mandatory
